01 — Who we are
Why this exists.
ARX Home Services is the residential arm of ARX Services LLC, which spends its weekdays designing networks and A/V for businesses across this corridor. The houses came next, because the problems are the same ones and most homeowners are being sold equipment instead of a design.
Most installers start from a product. We start from what's annoying you — the far bedroom, the TV nobody can turn on, the doorbell that misses the delivery — and work back to the smallest system that fixes it. If a job needs less than you expected, you'll hear that before you've bought anything.
