01 — How it works
Four principles.

The site walk is free.
We look at the house before we quote it. Quoting a job without seeing it is how installations go wrong, and we'd rather tell you it's smaller than you thought than discover it halfway through.

Every job is a fixed scope.
Materials, labour, what's included and what would count as a change order — agreed in writing before anything is ordered. No open-ended hourly billing on work we said was fixed.

No monthly contract.
You pay for the job. You own the equipment, the configuration and the credentials. Nothing stops working if you never call us again.

We don't take vendor money.
No commissions, no referral kickbacks, no reseller margin dressed up as advice. That's what makes "you don't need that" an answer we can afford to give.

We look at the space and talk through what you want it to do. Photos and a floor plan can replace the visit on smaller jobs.
