Tega Cay, SC
Pressure washing, TV mounting and garage organization in Tega Cay.
Tega Cay is built around Lake Wylie, and so is the way people live here: decks, porches and patios that get real use, and garages full of kayaks and life jackets. We're a family-owned team from nearby Indian Land, working across Tega Cay.
01 — What we do
What we do in Tega Cay.
Outside
Pressure washing
Shade and lake air are hard on decks, porches and north-facing siding. We clean wood at a pressure it can take and siding at low pressure.
- Driveways, sidewalks and patios
- House washing: siding, brick and trim
- Decks and fences
Inside
TV mounting
Over the fireplace inside, or out on the covered porch, mounted where you can see the screen without losing the view.
- Drywall, brick, stone or over the fireplace
- Wires hidden in the wall
- Soundbars mounted and connected
The garage
Garage organization
Kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets and fishing gear: overhead racks and wall storage get them off the floor and away from the car.
- Sort and clear-out first
- Overhead racks and wall shelving
- Hooks for bikes, tools and yard gear
02 — Tega Cay
Made for the lake.
Homes in Tega Cay tend to be lived in outside as much as in. That means more deck, patio and porch to keep clean, and more gear to store: boat things, beach things, the golf bag.
We wash decks and patios before the summer, mount TVs where the family actually gathers, and turn garages full of lake gear back into a garage you can actually walk through.
03 — Questions
Tega Cay questions.
Can you clean a deck without damaging the wood?
Yes. Wood gets cleaned at a pressure the boards can take, so it comes out clean rather than furred or gouged. If it's due for sealing afterward, we'll tell you.
Do you mount TVs on covered porches?
Yes, as long as the spot is covered and there's an outlet nearby. We'll check it for glare, rain and sight lines before we commit.
Where do kayaks and paddleboards go?
Usually overhead. Ceiling racks or wall cradles keep them off the floor and away from the car, and we plan the spot around the garage door track so nothing is in the way when it opens.
