Garage organization
Garage organization that gives you the floor back.
Shelving, overhead racks and wall storage, planned around what you actually keep, so you end up with a garage you can actually walk through. And park in.
01 — What's included
From the clear-out to the last hook.
Sort and clear-out
We work through it with you — keep, donate, toss — so the storage is planned for what stays, not for everything that's there now.
Overhead storage racks
Ceiling racks bolted into the joists for bins and seasonal gear, with clearance checked for the garage door and the car.
Wall shelving
Heavy-duty shelving anchored into the studs, sized to your bins and to the space the car needs.
Wall panels and hooks
Slatwall or track systems with hooks for tools, ladders, cords and yard gear: off the floor and easy to grab.
Bikes and sports gear
Bike hooks and racks for balls, bats and helmets, at heights the people using them can reach.
A layout that lasts
Zones for the things you use together — garden, tools, sports, holidays — so it stays organized after we leave.
02 — How it works
How a job runs.
-
Walk the garage
We look at the space, what's in it and how you use it: parking, workshop, storage or all three. No charge.
-
A plan and a fixed price
Which racks, shelves and hooks go where, and what it all costs, in writing before anything is ordered.
-
Clear-out and install
We sort what stays, clear what's going and install everything into studs and joists, not just drywall.
-
Everything in its place
We put things back where they now live and walk you through the layout before we leave.
03 — Who it's for
When the garage stops working.
You moved in a year ago and the boxes are still in the garage. You haven't parked inside since spring. The bikes, the mower and the holiday decorations are all fighting for the same corner. Or you're getting ready to sell, and buyers will open the garage door.
We organize garages in Fort Mill, Indian Land, Tega Cay, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Waxhaw and Ballantyne.
04 — Pricing
Priced by the garage, in writing.

After a look at the space
We'll come and see the garage, or start from photos. Either way there's no charge and no pressure to book.
The job
Fixed in writing
What sets the price
The size of the garage, the storage you choose — racks, shelving, wall panels — and how much sorting and clearing comes before the install.
05 — Questions
Garage organization questions.
Do you help clear out the garage first?
Yes. We sort with you — keep, donate, toss — so the storage fits what stays. Tell us if anything needs hauling away and we'll cover it in the quote.
Are overhead racks safe?
When they're bolted into the ceiling joists and loaded within their rating, yes. We find the joists, check clearance for the garage door and the car, and tell you the weight limit.
Will I still be able to park in the garage?
That's usually the point. We plan the storage around the car and room to open its doors, not the other way around.
Which brands do you install?
Whatever fits the space and the budget; we're not tied to one. We don't take commissions, so we recommend the system that fits, not the one that pays.
Can you pressure wash the garage floor too?
Yes. An empty garage is the best time to do it, so ask for both in the same quote.
Show us the garage. We've seen worse.
A few photos and a sentence about how you use the space is enough to start. Quotes are free.
